How Quickly Can We Get You In The Cloud?

On average the true timescale to be fully up and running with a Cloud Assurance IVR package is around 2-3 weeks. That includes customisation and full testing of your application with you, to ensure that everything is running as expected and to your satisfaction. Cloud Assurance is hosted over multiple carrier-class datacentres, geographically distributed with excess capacity to ensure service uptime, even if one site becomes unavailable.

The datacentres boast a private 10GbE core nationwide network, providing low latency, quality of service-backed and highly secure MPLS connectivity between all its sites and comply with the industry-standard datacentre Tier 3, defined by ANSI under TIA-942.
