Project Feasibility & Advice
Feasibility studies are a crucial part of a project’s life cycle. And should be undertaken to ensure your proposed solution, service or equipment will deliver the outcome you desire.
If you’re looking at the feasibility of a project, we can help you all or part of the way. From initial research of the business opportunity (or problem), documenting your business requirements, identification of available solutions, right through to the review and evaluation of each solution for suitability. We then document the results of our findings together with our recommendations.
Before submitting our recommendations, our Consultants can undertake a thorough evaluation of products and suppliers, assess the cost implications for the entire project and conduct a complete analysis of our findings. We will produce documentation that will establish the platform for developing the design and managing the project.
At the outset we will meet with you and your team as often as is necessary to discuss and define your requirement. And as we price all our projects on a fixed-fee basis, we really mean as often as necessary, without adding extra cost to your bill.
