Simply speak the name of the person or department you wish to contact and Speak2Dial routes your call. Logicall Speak2Dial is your own 24 hour virtual operator that's always fresh, polite and consistent and who talks like a real person, not a robot.

LOGICALL PAYMENTS

Logicall Payments enables you to offer customers a quick, convenient and secure way to pay bills, settle accounts, pay for purchases, services and other transactions by credit and debit card. Logicall Payments is PCI compliant.

LOGICALL identifier

Logicall Identifier verifies and authenticates callers within seconds, based on their response to a series of questions. Callers can then be routed to an appropriate Agent or approved to continue with a self-service transaction, depending on their response and outcome.

LOGICALL V-Forms

Logicall V-Forms enables callers to fill in a form or questionnaire by simply speaking their details. Completed forms can then be transcribed by multiple agents during quiet periods, or processed by home-workers.
