The web user interface has two privilege levels, Administrator and User.

An Administrator can manage accounts, add/delete users, generate bills and much, much more. Users can schedule conference calls, view schedules and change their password.

FULL MI REPORTING FUNCTIONALITY

Logicall Conferencing’s Management information (MI) functions enable you to see how the facility is being used.

Reporting information available includes date and time, duration, whether the session was recorded, moderator and number of participants.
