Initial set-up and registration is via a secure web interface. For added security, the web interface is accessible by way of a protected log-in. Once registered, you can log in anytime, from anywhere.
Logicall Conferencing allows you to lead and manage your conference calls without the need for operator assistance. Incorporating natural speech prompts, Logicall Conferencing greets and guides your participants into the right conference and "meeting room", so you can rest-assured they won't get lost along the way.
Value Added Extras
Additional features and options are available for selection including web scheduling, conference recording, on-line reporting and itemised billing and much more.If you choose to record your conference calls, we'll email the file directly to you as soon as the conference ends. Choose our Transcription Service and we'll take care of that too so you can concentrate on your meeting. And when you've finished each call, we'll email a meeting summary detailing start/finish time, actual call duration, number of participants invited vs attended, whether the conference was recorded and if the transcription service was selected. All at no extra cost.
Effective Account Management
Managing your account with us, couldn't be simpler. Just log onto your account to add users, change PINS and view any conference calls you have scheduled for the future or view a history of past events.
Two privilege levels are available. Individuals with Administration level access can set-up new users, manage the account, book conferences, generate usage reports and view company billing. You can assign different privileges to restrict Administrators to view individual department or specific information. Those with Moderator level access are able to book meeting rooms, change their profile and PIN, and generate new Participant PINs.
