System Ranger Lite
Developed for Logicall IVR, our System Ranger Lite version constantly monitors all telephony interfaces, real-time voice application status, speech recognition and reporting services. Any detected failure can be immediately acted upon with the ability to try and resolve with no intervention from engineering resource.
You also benefit from a customised wallboard, giving you the added benefit of real-time, visual status display. You'll have real-time visibility of calls in your system and the status of any dependent equipment. So you can see for yourself exactly how your services are performing at that precise moment in time.
Pro-Actively Putting Things Right
System Ranger has the ability to resolve problems. When a problem is detected, System Ranger immediately begins an investigation and performs the necessary corrective action to resolve the issue for you. System Ranger will keep you informed of the progress along the way and reports back to you with the details and results of the action taken.
Alarm alert messages can be sent to individuals, groups or even third party companies in various ways including text and email.
MI & Audit Reports
Every alarm detected by System Ranger is logged at our central Alarm Management Centre (AMC).
Management Information (MI) and Audit Reports are available with all System Ranger products and versions, giving detailed information on all alarms received including alarm type, where equipment alarms were generated from, together with date and times. Information that could help you to quickly and easily pinpoint weaknesses or problem areas that may need prompt attention.
