RingBack
provides a more convenient and efficient way for call centres
to manage peak call periods without having to 'ramp-up'
staffing levels. Logicall RingBack streamlines operational
efficiencies, reduces staff costs and enhances the customer
experience - essential benefits to sharpen your competitive
edge. Key features include informing callers of their queue
position or providing them with an estimated waiting time,
then giving them the choice to hold or be called back at a
more convenient time. They enjoy a more thoughtful customer

Speak2Dial
Simply
speak the name of the person or department you wish to contact
and Speak2Dial routes your call. Logicall Speak2Dial is your
own 24 hour virtual operator that's always fresh, polite and
consistent and who talks like a real person, not a robot.
Speak2Dial reduces call queuing and queue times, eliminates
the need for dedicated operators or receptionists reducing
costs and improving productivity. And having quick and direct
access to employees also improves agent and operator
efficiency - especially where no DDI exits or numbers are hard

FeedBack
allows call centre managers to build an accurate picture of a
customer's experience when talking to agents, or their
experience of a product or service - the agent is unaware the
caller may choose to take part in a post-call survey. Logicall
FeedBack provides real-time information and provides a highly
useful evaluation tool for call centre accountability and
feedback on products and services. FeedBack offers customers
the chance to take part in a survey. Once they've finished
their call, they simply stay on the line. Logicall
FeedBack is fully automated and all results are easily
reviewed, eliminating time consuming and costly manual
surveys.
V-Forms
Logicall
V-Forms allows a caller to fill in a form or questionnaire by
simply speaking their details. Because V-Forms is automated,
forms or requests can be filled out 24/7. Completed forms can
then be transcribed by multiple agents during quiet periods,
or processed by home-workers. Logicall V-Forms reduces
resource levels during peak times and allows staff to deal
with higher value calls rather than routine data capture such
as taking names and addresses. V-Forms is ideal for companies
running ad or brochure request campaigns where high call
volumes are expected and also offers fully automated
management reporting.
Announcer
Logicall
Announcer greatly extends the messaging capabilities of a
standard switching platform by providing up to 10,000
different pre-recorded announcements. Announcer can also
handle multi-lingual messages enabling global companies to
service and support customers around the world from one
location. Announcements can easily be switched on/off to help
cope with peak or unexpected call volumes or circumstances.
Locator
Using intelligent Calling Line Identity (CLI), Logicall
Locator automatically routes callers to the appropriate local
stockists, offices or branches. Locator is the ideal solution
for national and global companies who want to offer their
customers one central number that puts them through to the
appropriate regional office or location. Locator also has a
fast and effective look up facility.
Minder
Logicall Minder allows any call to be instantly recorded by
simply clicking a button on a desktop, making it an excellent
and invaluable tool for training and security purposes. Minder
is ideal for organisations such as banks and insurance
companies where compliance is vital. Agents can instantly
start recording calls and add notes to the recording - for
example, abusive calls, issues arising from a call, or
potential 'up-sell' opportunities. Supervisors can also
instantly record agents on a call or schedule calls to be
recorded when they're away from the office. Calls can be
easily retrieved and reviewed at a later date from a desktop
user interface or a TUI.
Configurator
The
Configurator application is like a 'dashboard' that allows any
Logicall application you have to be easily configured.
Configurator acts as a control panel and enables the system
administrator to manage, monitor, review and make changes to
applications simply and quickly via a desktop PC.
